Celebrating a new decade of giving at the 11th annual Red Tie Gala.
Please join us for a night of refined elegance as we commemorate a decade of unwavering commitment to our local healthcare at the 11th Annual Red Tie Gala.
As we reflect on our journey, we look forward to charting an even more impactful course with your support in the years to come. Event Proceeds
In December 2022, the hospital was granted partial funding from the State Lands and Investment Board for a Laboratory Renovation and Expansion project. This significant project is expected to cost $8.7M and broke ground in the Spring of 2024 and must be completed by December 2026. Once completed, the community will have a new experience when visiting the hospital campus for laboratory work including a curbside entrance, private registration, a large and elegant waiting area, and new phlebotomy rooms and restrooms. This new space will elevate the patient experience to new heights and the Foundation is thrilled to be a part of this project by committing $1M. All proceeds raised at the 11th annual Red Tie Gala will support the Laboratory Renovation and Expansion project.
Schedule of Events
Thursday, January 30th- 5pm: Silent Auction goes Live online
Saturday, February 1st- Gala to take place
5:00pm- Doors open, VIP room opens, Cocktail hour, Silent Auction bidding, Live Auction preview, Dollar Raffle tickets available, Poker tables open.
6:30pm- Welcome, Opening Remarks, Introductions, Message from the Foundation's President, Matthew Jackman. VIP room closes.
6:45pm- Dinner is served.
7:15pm- Raffle winner is announced. Any additional activity winners announced. Red Tie Gala 11th anniversary celebratory awards announced. Message from Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County’s CEO, Irene Richardson.
7:45pm- Paddle Raise- Support the Laboratory Renovation and Expansion, Live Auction, Daniel’s Jewelry Briefcase Reveal at the conclusion of the Live Auction.
9:00pm- Silent Auction Ends, Dollar Raffle winners posted. His and Hers E-Bike winner announced. Any additional activity winners announced.
9:15pm- Closing Remarks. Event Checkout opens.
9:30pm- Entertainment takes the stage.
